Overseas Virtual Assistant Agreement (VA) Template Customizable Legal Document

This Virtual Assistant Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of [DATE] (the “Effective Date”), is by and between [COMPANY NAME] (“the Company”) and [VA NAME] (“VA” or “You”).
WHEREAS, the VA has the capability and capacity to provide services as a virtual assistant, including social media management, content repurposing, research, design, and related work; and
WHEREAS, the Company desires to retain the VA to provide said services, and you are willing to perform such services under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Company and the VA agree as follows:

1. SERVICES. The Company hereby engages you, and you hereby accept such engagement, as an independent contractor to provide certain services to the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You shall provide to the Company the services set forth on Schedule 1 (the “Services”). The Company shall not control the manner or means by which you perform the Services. You shall furnish, at your own expense, the equipment, supplies, and other materials used to perform the Services.
